The IntoPickleball.com Member’s Card (“Card”) certifies that the cardholder is a member in good standing of IntoPickleball.com through the expiration date indicated on the Card. This Card grants access to entertainment, music, TV, podcasts, and exclusive offers on apparel, travel, food, and other benefits provided by IntoPickleball.com, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Status: The Card is non-transferable and valid only for the named cardholder. Membership benefits are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

5. Membership Termination: IntoPickleball.com reserves the right to revoke membership or Card privileges at any time for violations of terms, misuse, or at our sole discretion.
6. Governing Law: This disclaimer and membership are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which IntoPickleball.com is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
